Vertigo Aviation Detailing is part of the Vertigo Group Est. 2006. With a long and innovative history in aviation providing un-rivalled experience with all types of aircraft anywhere in the world.

Vertigo Aviation Detailing was founded by flying enthusiasts Luke Dale and Andrew Blundell. Their personal flying brings invaluable knowledge of aircraft, and how they should be handled. Luke Dale, Managing Director has over 1000 hours in Powered and Glider flight, some of which gained gliding over Mount Cook in New Zealand at 23,000 ft and from flying in the British Team at two world championship events.

Luke has worked in aviation for 14 years with positions such as commercial manager at an MRO, operation manager for Vertigo Covers and multiple flight instructor roles. The combination of these industry insights has given Vertigo valuable experience as to the general operations of commercial aircraft. Shifting deadlines and tight schedules is something we thrive on.

Andrew Blundell, Financial Director also has hands on gliding and powered flying experience, this together with founding Vertigo Covers back in 2006 has given a huge volume of experience, with customers like Boeing, many major airlines, manufactures and operators – Andrew has been involved in it all.

Luke and Andrew run a tight team of aircraft detailers that are fully trained, self-sufficient and mobile. Our teams are available 24/7 at any FBO, MRO, airport or airfield throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. All aircraft types are catered for, from single-engined to helicopters, business jets and commercial airliners. We are insured, aviation approved and work to unfailingly high standards.

Our services cater for a wide range of needs, from essential cleaning, valeting to luxury detailing. No project is too big or too small. We have years of industry experience and a passion for aviation.
